Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ironwood Group's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Ironwood Group provides professional electrical contracting services including but not limited to:

• Residential electrical installations and repairs
• Commercial electrical systems
• Industrial electrical maintenance
• Emergency electrical services
• Electrical inspections and code compliance

Service Terms

• All work will be performed by licensed and insured electricians
• Services will be completed in accordance with applicable electrical codes
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Emergency services are available 24/7 with applicable rates
• Written estimates will be provided for non-emergency work

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Our work is guaranteed to meet or exceed industry standards and local electrical codes.

Liability

Ironwood Group carries full liability insurance for all work performed. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and proper installations, liability for consequential damages is limited to the cost of services provided.

Safety and Compliance

All work performed by Ironwood Group complies with:

• Local electrical codes and regulations
• OSHA safety standards
• Industry best practices

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Past due accounts may be subject to service charges
• Emergency services require payment at time of service

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician is dispatched. Cancellation of ongoing projects will be subject to charges for work completed and materials purchased.
